flowline processes personal data voluntarily provided by the User through the contact email for the following purposes:
The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by voluntarily sending the communication, and, where appropriate, flowline's legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry received (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to the inquiry and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law for the limitation of any liabilities arising from the processing.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Technical service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (hosting, email) may have access to the data, under data processing agreements with flowline.
No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are made.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their personal data breaches applicable law:
flowline implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
